The state of play
Of the 25 member states whose status we have confirmed, none yet offers a wallet that citizens can use as a full EUDI wallet. Latvia, Poland and Sweden have official plans for a first version or pilot in December 2026. Czechia, Finland, Germany and Romania have official plans that put their launch after the end of 2026.
The deadline comes from Regulation (EU) 2024/1183. The European Commission says member states must offer at least one wallet within 24 months of the implementing rules, so wallets become available by the end of 2026, and public authorities must then accept them.

How we track
Each row rests on an official source: a government, ministry or agency page, a parliamentary document, an official gazette, an EU tender notice, or a government press release. Trackers, vendors and news reports are used only as leads.
Live means citizens can download and use the wallet as an EUDI wallet today. Pilot means a limited public pilot. In development means the government has announced the wallet but it is not yet available as an EUDI wallet. No public plan means we found no official page naming a wallet or a date. Not confirmed means we could not open an official source that week.
We re-check every country each week. If you work on a national wallet and see something out of date, please tell the newsroom.
